the fact that I have continuously trained at Full Circle Fitness 2 days a week for over 2 years is a testimony in itself to the pleasure and benefits I receive from my training. Regular rotations of exercises have kept me interested and continue to challenge my fitness. As a working mother of 3 young children, I consider my training to be an imperative to both my mental and physical wellbeing. Over the period I have trained at Full Circle Fitness I have been encouraged to set new goals and as a person who thrives on on affirmation, I always appreciate the encoutagemtn I receive. Full Circle Fitness has not been about bells and whistles, fancy gimmicks or toys. It is solid, consistent and effective training that has given me great results, increased my fitness and kept me in check when I start to fall off the rails.     Motivation - Your personal trainer will motivate you every single time you come in for a personal training session so reaching your fitness goals will be EASY (Without this external motivation, it is EXTREMELY difficult for most people to get into shape.) 


    Guidance - During your personal training session we'll practically guide you by the hand through the entire process (All you have to do is show up and you get one of the most fat-melting and muscle-toning workouts available anywhere, practically on auto-pilot.)


    Instruction - Our personal trainers will show you EXACTLY how to do every exercise SAFE and correctly (you won't be one of the countless people wasting their time using ineffective and dangerous exercise form.)
