He has a masters in counselling and a diploma in ministry, and has a heart to champion men, women, marriages and families. Richard is married to his wife Judy and has three sons. Read more Rob Jones Rob Jones Rob is the founder of Centre For Men and Families. He comes from a corporate and Pastoral Ministry background. Rob has a real passion to see men and their families be everything the are meant to be. Rob has a Masters of Counselling, a Bachelor of Ministries, and electrical engineering qualifications. Rob is also an accredited Spiritual Director and works with many Chaplains, Pastors and other Clergy. Read more Steve Freeman Steve Freeman Steve has been a part of the CFM/MTM Australia team since 2004. He is a Counsellor, Group Facilitator, Guide, Tradesman (Electrician), Husband & Father of four. Steve is passionate about walking with people through the challenges of their lives, into a fuller understanding of themselves, with all of the amazing uniqueness, gifts, talents and limitations that that entails. Steve works with Men, Women and Couples and is actively involved in our Men's Rites of Passage & Men's Groups Programs. He is also the Head Guide of our Bush Retreat Day Program. Read more David Formby David Formby David has a varied career background. He started work as a central heating engineer and then moved into the estimating and office management. In 1973 he migrated to Australia. David worked as a quantity surveyor and senior estimator for a large plumbing contractor. In 1983 he obtained a Social Work degree from UQ. He then worked for Social Security and Queensland Rail as a staff counselor. He obtained his Master of Social Work degree in 1995. David moved to Queensland Police as a staff counselor until his retirement in 2009. David has a small private practice and has been involved with MTM/CFMA since 2007. David has 6 children and 17 grandchildren and is involved in his local church community. David counsels in areas such as adult survivors of child abuse, alcoholic and drug abuse, perpetrators of domestic violence, couple relationships - both heterosexual and homosexual, loss and grief related to child deaths, MVA's and other life threatening experiences.
