Matt Gill SolicitorMatt Gill

Matt is the principal of MCG Legal. He was first admitted as a Barrister in Queensland on 12 June 2001 before becoming a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 23 December 2003. Matt is also registered as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.

Matt primarily practises in the areas of Family Law and Property Law but also has extensive experience in general litigation and commercial matters.

Life/Community
Matt is a married father and step father to six children. Matthew was schooled on the Gold Coast and remains active within the local community through sports. Matthew was the former President of Cricket Gold Coast and has been an active participant for over 30 years.

Scott Kerrigan SolicitorScott Kerrigan

Scott has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.

Scott has previously been admitted as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom and is a married father of two.

Scott practises in the areas of personal law, commercial litigation and wills and estates for MCG Legal.

Nich Harrison SolicitorNick Harrison

Nick has been practising as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia for several years.

Nick arrived at MCG Legal with a unique blend of theoretical and 'real life' experience, having completed a Bachelor of Business in Management and as a successful entrepreneur in the Hospitality Industry.

Nick graduated with Honours from Bond University – he has a particular interest in family law, employment law and because of his background keeps abreast of legal developments in liquor / drink driving and gaming matters.

Nick is heavily involved in local community activities through a life time association with the Broadbeach Australia Football Club. Nick prides himself on collaborating with clients to identify their priorities and providing them with accurate legal advice which produces commercially sustainable outcomes.
