Our non-contact Gold Coast Kickboxing circuit classes are taken by our Personal Trainers and are all about burning fat – fast! You will burn over 500 calories in just one 50 minute class! We’ve taken the best Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing fitness drills, and added in the latest and greatest fat burning exercises developed by our Personal Trainers. Although there’s plenty of punches, kicks, knees and elbows, it’s not a Martial Art, so there’s no fancy moves, contact, sparring or bruises.

You will get fit, lose weight and learn Kickboxing faster when you train one-on-one with your Kickboxing Personal Trainer Gold Coast because he or she can give you 100% attention, all of the time. Train for Muay Thai, self-defense, fitness, weight loss or any other goals you have. Your Personal Trainer will custom make the perfect workout around you and your goals.

As well as being a Kickboxing Gym we’re the largest Gold Coast Personal Training Studio. We are open from 5am until 9pm so if our class times don’t suit you, getting a Personal Trainer is a great idea. If you’re doing Personal Training with a friend or two you can even spilt the cost of Personal Training, so it’s a similar price to our classes.

  • Is Muay Thai or Kickboxing for fitness hard to learn?

  • No it’s not! Muay Thai is a very easy Martial Art to learn because it focuses on simple and effective moves for the ring or self-defence. We teach you at your own pace, make sure you have fun and never throw you in the deep end. We also make learning fun, you’ll be hitting pads and bags on your first session, you won’t be standing in a line punching the air like many other Martial Arts. A couple of months is all it takes to be comfortable with the basics of Muay Thai, a fraction of the time of other Martial Arts such as Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do or Arakan on the Gold Coast.

  • Kickboxing for fitness is even easier to learn. Aside from a few quick pointers from your Kickboxing Personal Trainer, there’s almost no technique to learn, just grab a punching bag and get stuck into it.

  • What ages do you train?
  • We train all ages. Our Personal Training clients range from primary school kids being bullied at school all the way up to adults in there seventies wanting to learn self defence and lose weight. As all of our Muay Thai sessions are one on one we can cater to all ages and goals. Our Kickboxing circuit classes tend to range from late teens to late forties and everywhere inbetween. As long as you’re keen to learn, we love training all ages and abilities.

  • Why should I do Muay Thai over other Martial Arts?

  • There are hundreds of Martial Arts out there and every Trainer has their own way of teaching it. Muay Thai, Karate, Arakan, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Arakan Gold Coast and more – What’s best for you depends on your goals.

  • Muay Thai Kickboxing doesn’t have any Katas or forms and everyone works on what’s best for them. You’ll never do the exact same move in a line of ten people who are all different sizes and abilities. Aside from a warm up, you will never be punching the air, you will always hit pads or your training partners to ensure you learn realistic moves. We’ll customize each Personal Training session around you, your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, so unlike other Martial Arts, we don’t teach the same generic syllabus to everyone.

  • Do I have to be fit to start Muay Thai or Kickboxing for fitness?

  • All of our Muay Thai Trainers are also Personal Trainers, so we are used to training all types of people. We cater to all fitness levels and because you’re not in a line up of people like a Karate or Aerobics class no one will notice if you need to take a breather. If you’re not fit we won’t push you hard. The last thing we want is for you to be sore and sorry and quit after one lesson. And no, you won’t feel out of place, as most other people starting out aren’t fit or co-ordinated when they start either! It will only take a couple of weeks until you start feeling fitter, and in a few months you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
