Clark Bushnell has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1982 and is an Accredited mediator. Clark is married and has five adult children. Clark commenced his legal career after having first completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Queensland University of Technology. After completing 5 years articles of clerkship, Clark was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 16 August 1982. For many years Clark was a "general practitioner" dealing with a wide range of legal issues including criminal and family law matters. Clark has always been happy to share his knowledge and mentor his colleagues and share his years of expertise and experience. Clark is a passionate advocate in criminal law matters often preferring to personally conduct hearings and trials. Clark is an accredited Duty Lawyer and a Preferred Legal Aid Solicitor. Clark lived in Ipswich as a child and returned to Ipswich in 1987 and established his own legal practice. After many decades of dealing with legal matters and life in general Clark is well equipped with the knowledge to help those in need. Clark is an officer in the RAAF Reserves and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Ipswich District Law Association
