First Intervention is a leading provider of nationally accredited First Aid Training for the Workplace or Individual, as well as specialising in the qualification course for those seeking to work as Patient Transport Officers in the non-emergency ambulance sector. Our ability to develop and implement Continuing Education Programs (CEP) enables workplaces to plan and manage their training requirements with ease, minimising staff absence from workplace, whilst meeting the essential needs for recertification training and skills assessment.

Improving staff skills in delivering first aid and pre-hospital emergency care in a timely and efficient manner can be a life saver.

If you are planning to undertake nationally recognised training delivered by an approved RTO from the 1st January, 2015 you will need to have a

USI number.  There's no cost to you and it will take you just a couple of minutes to create your own USI number online.  Under new legislation you must include your USI number when enrolling in a course.

First Intervention can assist with the supply of a range of pre-hosptial care equipment including Defibrillators, First Aid Kits, CPR Face Shields, OxyViva Kits and Medical Bags.  We will consult with you to determine equipment that is most appropriate to the workplace, home or environment where it will be used to ensure health and safety needs will be met when an emergency happens.   We can also provide regular reviews and checks of your first aid kits in the workplace to ensure efficacy and reliability of all first aid kit contents.  Ask us about this additional service when you call.
