Geoff commenced practising as a solicitor in Sydney in 1992 and moved to the Gold Coast with his family in 1995. Geoff was formerly a partner of a major Brisbane law firm before commencing practice on his own account. Prior to practising law, Geoff worked for 7 years for IBM Australia and IBM World Trade (Asia) Corporation in the areas of Government Relations and Public Sector Marketing. He was posted at different times to assignments in Sydney, Hong Kong and Canberra. Geoff has also worked as Private Secretary to the Honourable Nick Greiner, the former Premier of New South Wales, and to the Honourable John Dowd, when they were respectively Leaders of the NSW Opposition.
Geoff Provest practises primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial law.

Geoff is actively involved in the Gold Coast community in several organisations. Of note he is former chairman, co-founder and now life member of IT Gold Coast Inc. http://www.itforumgoldcoast.com.au. Geoff is also immediate past President of the Gold Coast District (Dolphins) Cricket Club. 

In his spare time he studies Chinese (Mandarin).
Tim Jay attended the Royal Australian Air Force Academy and graduated with a degree in aeronautical engineering from Sydney University.  He became a captain on C130E Hercules aircraft. Following twenty years of service in the RAAF, Tim decided to pursue a career in law.  He attended Bond University and graduated with first class honours in 1996.
 
Tim completed a Masters Degree in law at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and soon after gained employment with Shearman and Sterling in New York. In 2000, Tim moved to Hong Kong where he worked for the international law firm Coudert Brothers on a variety of cross?border finance and capital raising transactions.

Returning to Australia in at the end of 2001, Tim worked in Sydney and on the Gold Coast before joining the staff at Bond University in 2006, where he is teaching while undertaking a Ph.D. in tax law.  He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and has been admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and as an Attorney of the Supreme Court of New York.




Craig is a former police officer of eighteen years experience, having served on the Gold Coast in virtually all areas of police work. A career in Law became a natural progression for Craig and he completed his LLB with Honours at Bond University in 2004 and was subsequently admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Craig joined a local law firm and set up a stand-alone division within that firm called Blue Justice. Blue Justice was developed, implemented and managed by Craig with the sole purpose of representing Queensland Police Officers, in multiple areas of law.

During this time Craig became very interested in the area of Criminal Compensation and developed a speciality practice in that area. Craig now teaches law at Bond University whilst undertaking a Ph.D. focused on Criminal Compensation. Craig now practices solely in his speciality area of Criminal Compensation consultancy.
