Burleigh Heads Physiotherapy Centre first opened in 1986, and was originally based at Shop 1, 27 Park Ave (50 metres from its current location). The current owners and principal physiotherapists, Daniel Turner and Ceridwen Way, took over the practice from Neale White, in 2001. From operating as a single-physiotherapist practice, it has grown over the last 11 years to having 7 physiotherapists, (Daniel Turner, Ceridwen Way, Glenn Lindsay, Leanne Kenway, Natali Zantvoort, Channele Horner and Mike Paterson) and a full-time remedial massage therapist (Leesa Webb). Natali Zantvoort and Mike Paterson share their time between our Burleigh and Broadbeach practices. Mike and Natali are both “Members Choice” and a “Members First” provider physiotherapist, for Medibank Private and BUPA, respectively.
