Floatation therapy - sometimes known as sensory reduction - is the ultimate relaxing, rehabilitating and rejuvenating experience that is just for you.Escape gravity and your busy life by effortlessly floating on a body of water saturated with 350kg of Epsom salts.
Floatation therapy and massage go together like Sand and Sun!
Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxing, rehabilitating and rejuvinating experiecnce and combine your float with a massage.
For some clients, a massage before their float helps them to relax more easily, really allowing them to open up to the float experience and reach that deep state of relaxation and meditation (great for those whith a busy mind!).
But then again... there is always the option of having the massage after the float. The float session really helps relax and loosen your muscles and joints, allowing the massage therapist to get in and work on the muscles with much less effort.
According to TCM medical theory, acupuncture points are situated on the meridians through which Qi, the vital energy, flows throughout the body. If
the flow of qi in the meridians becomes blocked or there is an inadequate supply of qi, then the body fails to maintain harmony, balance and order, and disease or illness follows.
This can result from stress, overwork, poor diet, disease pathogens, weather and environmental conditions, and other lifestyle factors and becomes evident to TCM practitioners through observable signs of bodily dysfunction.
Accupuncture involves inserting and manipulating thin acupuncture needles into specific points (acuuncture points) to clear energy blockages and encourage the normal flow of qi through the individual for therapeutic purposes or to relieve pain.

TCM Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine takes a holistic approach to understanding normal function and disease processes and provides effective treatment for a wide range of health disorders. It focuses as much on the prevention of illness as on the treatment; by strengthening and enhancing normal body functions and boosting the immune system.
A snapshot of conditions typically treated with Chinese herbal medicine includes:
Insomnia and fatigue
Irritable bowel syndrome
Common Cold and Influenza
Chronic headaches
Anxiety, depression and stress
Skin Disorders
Rheumatoid and osteoarthritis
Premenstrual syndrome and painful menstruation
Impotence and prostate disorders

TCM Dietary Therapy
Chinese medicine classifies food according to its energetic effects rather than according to its component parts. Certain foods are viewed as warming and nourishing while others are seen as cooling and eliminating; some foods are useful for building Qi while others have blood, yang or yin building proprieties. In western Medicine, the foods that you eat will have the same nutritional value no matter who is eating it, in traditional Chinese medicine foods may be seen as beneficial for those with yin deficiency conditions but detrimental to those with yang deficiency.
It is not just a matter of eating nourishing healthy food but eating nourishing healthy food that is right for you depending on your own body's constitution.
A TCM practitioner can help you find out your body's constitution.

Cupping is based on the meridian theory of the body. On one hand, cupping removes any stagnation in the body and opens the meridians so that qi can flow freely. On the other, it also helps to rejuvenate certain meridians and organs that are not functioning at their best. From a scientific standpoint, cupping is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation, reduce respiratory congestion and is good for deep tissue repair and eliminate muscle pain and tension.
It involves the application of cups over the skin.  The pressure in the cup is reduced (either by heat ot suction) in order to draw and hold the skina dn superficial muscles inside the cup, allowing the muscles to loosen and blood to flow.
