As early childhood leaders we appreciate our moral obligation to act with professional integrity in all aspects of our work. We value speaking with families regarding their needs and interests through conversations that are truthful, gentle and helpful. Our ethical approach when cooperating with each other is genuinely intended to achieve specific goals founded on dignity, respect and decorum. All children bring an abundance of joy and special moments each day throughout our lives. Our teachers see in light of each child's positive possibilities and consciously take the time to help children feel noticed, heard, understood and to participate in any decision-making relating to issues that affect their lives. We initiate opportunities for discussion based on peace and justice to talk things through, focus on their feelings and solve their own problems. While practicing mindfulness we aspire to see every moment with fresh eyes and respond to what that moment requires. We believe children come first with the right to be recognised as people with valuable views and interests and cherish the many opportunities to share with each child; to be awake to their true depth.

Bambini Early Childhood Development is a privately owned and managed long day care aspired to explore the true nature and motives of a more holistic perspective of learning by nurturing a sense of wonder. Children want to feel they are loved, important and unique. We intend to provide techniques to improve their ability to connect positively to themselves, others and their community through caring guidance, respectful cooperation, sharing, calmness and patience.

We recognise the significance of quality teaching to support the complete intellectual and emotional development of each child through applying specifically designed programs to cultivate children's emotional and social intelligence combined with a literacy based curriculum. Children learn through play therefore by evoking their curiosity, they invent and direct the focus of self-initiated, age appropriate play and learn through open-ended activities.

Nurturing a sense of wonder and uplifting the spirit of human imagination are focal points of our curriculum. We endeavour to present learning environments which are enchanting and inviting for each child and their family. To develop indoor learning environments that are rich in creativity, arts and inspiration. We offer an extensive range of resources to support the continued growth and development of each child.

Our teachers awake a child's motivation from within to engage their unique personal development. Our ultimate goal is for all children to develop a compassionate, responsible and peaceful approach to solving life problems by offering deepening experiences of genuine significance.

The centre surroundings allow the imaginations of children to blossom and encourage learning through inspiration. Our naturalistic outdoor playscape include elements of real grass, sand, hay, vegetable and herb gardens, rocks, mounds, forts, seating and water play to offer sensory experiences for children to explore and bond with nature. Cultivating relationships with our chickens, guinea pigs, birds and fish will enable children to foster a caring approach and sense of responsibility furthermore support their development of empathy.
